I was born and raised in Kannapolis,NC. I married my beautiful wife DeeDee in 1988 and lived in Concord, NC until 1991. At that time we came to Greenville with our 1 year old daughter. After living in the Greenville area for a couple years, I eventually started a lawn maintenance business which I ran from 1993 until 1998, when we decided to sell everything and move to Guatemala with our then three children ages 10,3 and 1 to work in an orphanage. In November 2001 we returned to the States, got settled in and began Nutri-Green Lawn Care which I ran until we sold in December of 2021. During that time we began fostering and eventually were able to adopt our other five boys. My wife and I continue to foster medically fragile children through the Bair Foundation and now also have three grandchildren, two of which were adopted by our two daughters and their husbands.

Through the years I have taken great interest in the housing market and the real estate industry as a whole as it had great effect on our previous businesses. Now that I have retired from the lawn care business, I am excited to assist folks in our communities and those moving into the community with finding just the right house. Whether it be the first time purchase as Dee Dee and I did in 1993, such an exciting time in our life, or perhaps upsizing as the family grows or downsizing as the kids move out. Buying and selling a home can be the most exciting and scary things one may do, and I want to be here help walk you through the process! I look forward to serving you!
